MY approach
After years inside the traditional mental health industry, I built my brand, on one belief: real care goes beyond the clinical. I take the time to actually know my patients and community, their style, their habits, their aspirations, and I build treatment around who they are, not just what's on a chart. Somewhere along the way, I realized my work couldn't stay contained inside a therapy office. I kept seeing people regulate, release, and reconnect through things that psychiatry rarely talks about: music, style, confidence, community. I stopped treating those as separate from my work. They became the work.
My work supports high-performing professionals, artists, DJs, and creatives through personalized mental wellness, speaking, music, and elevated experiences designed to help people feel calm, confident, connected, and fully themselves.
That is why I move between psychiatry, sound, and culture instead of staying in one lane.
Through Give Yourself Permission™, I bring that same care to confidence, beauty, identity, and reinvention, speaking to the people I meet like a good friend who also happens to be a psychiatrist. I bring the full experience to corporations, retreats, and events, because I believe mental wellness can be premium and alive, not just clinical.
I am not a psychiatrist who happens to DJ, or a confident voice who happens to have an MD. I’m building something that did not exist before: a practice where neuroscience meets culture, where healing does not only happen in a therapy room, and where every person I meet- whether in a private session, on a dance floor, or through a permission slip- is invited to become exactly who they are meant to be.
Get to Know Me:
Scottsdale-raised. This city is home, and it shaped the way I see community, wellness, and what a truly elevated life can look like. I completed my residency in psychiatry at the University of Arizona, which let me build my career in the same state that raised me and gave me a deep foundation in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
Music has always been my language. Long before Dr. Vie™️ existed, music was how I processed, released, and connected. Now it is part of how I heal others too.
Entrepreneur at heart, over a decade in the making. I did not just want to practice psychiatry the traditional way. Across more than ten years, I have worked in administrative, consultation-liaison, geriatric, community, and outpatient psychiatry, and I still work as a mental health business consultant and physician executive.
MBA, because business is part of the mission. Understanding strategy and structure is what let me turn a passion for whole person care into an actual practice, and eventually into a brand.
Fashion is not superficial to me. What I wear is communication. It is confidence before I speak a word, and I want the people I work with to feel that same permission. I have a refined appreciation for designer fashion, love keeping up with trends, and losing myself in a good runway show.
I never stop learning. In quieter moments, I chase intellectual curiosity through new subjects and thought-provoking series, small habits that keep feeding the same growth I try to bring to my patients.
Mind Wellness is the thread through everything. Whether I am in a session, behind the decks, or writing a permission slip, the goal is the same: help people regulate, reconnect, and come home to themselves.
